Welcome to Dailivity. By downloading, installing, or using the Dailivity mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Dailivity ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
Dailivity is a personal health tracking application designed to help users:
- Track medication injection schedules
- Record health metrics and measurements
- Monitor side effects and observations
- Set medication reminders
- Visualize health data through charts and statistics
- Synchronize data across devices via iCloud
Important: Dailivity is a tracking and organizational tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Eligibility
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dailivity. If you are under 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
Medical Supervision
Dailivity is intended for personal use as a supplementary tracking tool. Use of this App does not replace professional medical care or supervision.
4. Medical Disclaimer
Not Medical Advice
DAILIVITY IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.
- The App is for informational and tracking purposes only
- No content in the App should be considered medical advice
- Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions
- Do not use the App to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition
- In case of medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately
No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Use of Dailivity does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and us or any healthcare provider.
Medication Management
- Dailivity helps you track medications but does not prescribe or recommend medications
- Always follow your healthcare provider's instructions regarding medication use
- Verify all medication information with your healthcare provider
- Do not change your medication regimen based on the App without consulting your doctor
Accuracy of Information
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the App
- We do not verify the medical accuracy of user-entered information
- Calculation features (such as estimated medication levels) are approximations only
- Always verify important health information with medical professionals
5. User Responsibilities
Proper Use
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Enter accurate health information to the best of your knowledge
- Keep your device and iCloud account secure
- Not share your device with unauthorized users if it contains sensitive health data
- Use the App as a supplementary tool, not as a replacement for medical care
Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the App in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the App
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
- Share, sell, or distribute your access to the App
- Use the App to provide medical services to others
6. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to Dailivity, including:
- Software code and architecture
- Design, graphics, and user interface
- Logo, name, and branding
- Content and features
...are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the App on devices you own or control
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
This license does not include the right to:
- Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App
- Reproduce or distribute the App
- Create derivative works based on the App
- Use the App for commercial purposes
Your Content
You retain all rights to the health data and content you create in the App. By using the App:
- You grant us no rights to your personal health data
- Your data remains yours and is stored on your device and your iCloud account
- We do not access, use, or share your health data
7. Data and Privacy
Your Data
- All health data you enter is stored locally on your device
- If you enable iCloud sync, data is stored in your personal iCloud account
- We do not have access to your health data
- We do not collect personally identifiable information

iCloud Integration
If you enable iCloud synchronization:
- Your data will be stored in your personal iCloud account
- Apple's terms and privacy policies apply to iCloud storage
- You are responsible for maintaining your iCloud account security
- We are not responsible for iCloud service interruptions or data loss
Data Security
While we implement security measures, you acknowledge that:
- No method of electronic storage is 100% secure
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
- You should use device passcodes and biometric security
- You should keep your iOS and the App updated
8. Notifications and Reminders
Medication Reminders
Dailivity offers optional medication reminder notifications:
- Reminders are local notifications generated by your device
- You control reminder settings within the App
- Reminders are suggestions only and not medical advice
- You are solely responsible for taking medications as prescribed by your doctor
Notification Accuracy
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of notifications
- Technical issues may prevent notifications from appearing
- Do not rely solely on App notifications for critical medication schedules
- Always maintain backup reminder systems for important medications
9. App Availability and Updates
Service Availability
- We strive to keep the App available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time
Updates
- We may release updates to improve functionality or fix issues
- Some updates may be required for continued use
- Updates may change features or functionality
- You are responsible for keeping the App updated
Compatibility
- The App is designed for iOS devices
- We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or iOS versions
- Older devices or iOS versions may lose support over time
10. Third-Party Services
Apple Services
Dailivity integrates with Apple services:
- iCloud: For data synchronization (optional)
- Apple Health (future): May integrate with HealthKit
- App Store: For distribution and updates
Your use of Apple services is governed by Apple's terms and conditions.
No Other Third Parties
Dailivity does not integrate with other third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the Maximum Extent Permitted by Law
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Personal injury or health issues
- Medication errors or missed doses
- Reliance on App information for medical decisions
- Service interruptions or technical failures
- Unauthorized access to your device or data
Your Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You use the App at your own risk
- Health tracking apps are supplementary tools only
- You are responsible for your own health decisions
- You will consult healthcare professionals for medical matters
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dailivity and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of third parties
- Any health decisions made based on App data
13. Warranties and Disclaimers
No Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability of information
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Medical Disclaimer
WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING:
- The medical accuracy of calculations or features
- The suitability of the App for any particular health condition
- The completeness or reliability of health tracking features
14. Termination
Your Right to Terminate
You may stop using the App at any time by:
- Uninstalling the App from your device
- Deleting your data within the App
Our Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your access to the App
- Remove or modify features at any time
- Discontinue the App entirely
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your license to use the App ends immediately
- You must delete the App from all devices
- Local data will be removed when you uninstall
- iCloud data remains in your account (manage via iCloud settings)
15. Governing Law and Disputes
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution: Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@dailivity.app to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Arbitration (if applicable): Any disputes not resolved informally may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
16. Changes to Terms
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Posting a notice in the App
- Sending a notification (if contact information available)
Acceptance of Changes
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the App.
17. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
Language
These Terms are written in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.
18. Children's Use
Parental Consent
If you are under 18:
- You must have parental or guardian consent to use the App
- Your parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms
- Your parent or guardian is responsible for your use of the App
Age 13 and Under
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
19. International Users
Global Availability
Dailivity may be used worldwide, but:
- We make no representation that the App is appropriate for use in all locations
- You are responsible for compliance with local laws
- Some features may not be available in all countries
Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations.

21. Feedback and Support
Feedback

- Refunds are subject to Apple's policies
