Terms of Use for Dailivity

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Dailivity mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and Dailivity (“we,” “us,” “our”).

2. Description of Service

Dailivity is a personal health tracking and organization application designed for individual use. The App allows users to:

• Track medication injection schedules
• Record health metrics and measurements
• Monitor side effects and observations
• Set medication reminders
• Visualize health data through charts
• Synchronize data across devices via iCloud

Important: Dailivity is a tracking tool only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, parental or legal guardian consent is required.

Medical Supervision

Dailivity is intended as a supplementary tracking tool and does not replace professional medical care.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Not Medical Advice

DAILIVITY IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE.

• The App is for informational and tracking purposes only
• No content should be considered medical advice
• Always consult qualified healthcare professionals
• Do not use the App as a substitute for medical care
• In emergencies, contact emergency services immediately

Calculation Features

Features such as estimated medication levels:

• Are approximations only
• Are provided for informational purposes
• Do not guarantee medical accuracy or outcomes

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App for lawful and personal purposes only
• Enter accurate information to the best of your knowledge
• Keep your device and iCloud account secure
• Not use the App as a replacement for medical care

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App, including software, design, branding, and content, belong to Dailivity.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Data and Privacy

All health data:

• Is stored locally on your device
• Is stored in your personal iCloud account if sync is enabled

We do not access, collect, or share your health data. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Notifications and Reminders

Medication reminders:

• Are optional local notifications
• May be delayed or unavailable due to technical issues
• Are not medical advice

Do not rely solely on notifications for critical medication schedules.

9. App Availability and Updates

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The App and its features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

10. Apple Health (HealthKit) Integration – BETA

Dailivity offers an optional Apple Health (HealthKit) integration.

• This feature is currently in beta
• It is disabled by default and requires user consent
• Users control whether Health data is shared
• HealthKit data should not be used for medical decisions
• Beta features may be incomplete or inaccurate

Use of Apple Health is subject to Apple’s HealthKit terms and policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Health decisions made using the App
• Missed doses or reminder failures
• Data loss or technical issues
• Any indirect or consequential damages

The App is provided “as is.”

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Upon termination, local data is removed; iCloud data remains under your control.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We strive to make Dailivity accessible to all users.

15. Premium Features and Subscriptions

Dailivity offers monthly and annual subscription plans.

• Premium features require an active subscription
• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies
