Subscriptions & Billing

Dailivity offers monthly and yearly subscription plans for premium features.

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your Apple ID
  3. Select Subscriptions
  4. Choose Dailivity
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the period ends
  • Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription
  • Refunds are handled by Apple

All subscription details and prices are clearly shown before purchase.

Restore Purchases

Use the Restore Purchases button in the app to recover your subscription. You must be signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

If you recently purchased, it may take a few minutes for Apple to update your subscription status.

iCloud Sync & Backup

Your data is stored locally on your device. iCloud sync is optional and uses your personal iCloud account. We never access your data.

  • Confirm iCloud Drive is enabled for Dailivity
  • Check you are signed in to iCloud on the device
  • Ensure you have available iCloud storage
  • Toggle sync off and on if data is not updating

Notifications Not Working

  • Check iOS notification permissions for Dailivity
  • Make sure Focus or Silent mode is not blocking alerts
  • Disable Low Power Mode if reminders are delayed

Export & Data Management

  • Export reports as PDF from within the app
  • Manage iCloud data in your device settings

Data Deletion

You can delete individual records from within the app or remove all data by uninstalling the app. iCloud data can be managed from your device’s iCloud settings.
