Delete Your Dailivity Data
Dailivity – GLP-1 Tracking, Android (Google Play) · Last Updated: September 24, 2026
Delete all of your data
There is no account to close and no request to file. Deletion happens inside the app:
- Open the Dailivity app.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Open Manage My Data.
- Tap Delete all my data.
- Tap Delete in the confirmation dialog.
Your records are deleted immediately, both from your device and from the cloud backup on Google Firebase. If you want to keep a copy first, you can export your data as PDF, CSV, or JSON from the same screen.
Delete a single dose
- Tap the dose you want to remove to open its edit screen.
- Tap Delete this dose and confirm.
The dose is removed from your device and from the cloud backup.
What is deleted
- Dose records: date, time, medication, dose, injection site, pain level, and notes
- Your last dose and your next scheduled dose
- Daily metrics: weight, calories, protein, water, fiber, carbohydrates, and exercise
- Height, starting weight, and goal weight
- Side-effect entries and daily notes (these are only ever stored on your device)
What is kept, and for how long
- Your language, theme, and unit preferences stay on your device until you uninstall the app. They are not health records.
- Files you exported earlier and saved elsewhere are not affected.
- Data in the cloud backup is removed with no additional retention period. We do not keep a separate backup copy.
If you have already uninstalled the app
Uninstalling removes the copy on your device but not the cloud backup. Backups are tied to a random, anonymous identifier rather than an account; the app shows it as “Device sync ID” under Settings › Data Sync.
If you have that ID, email support@dailivity.com with the subject “Delete my data” and include it. We will delete the backup and confirm by email. Because backups are not linked to your name, email, or phone number, we cannot tell which backup is yours without that ID.
For details on how your data is handled, see the Privacy Policy.
