Information Collection and Use

What We Collect

Dailivity collects the following data only to provide core health tracking functionality:

Health & Fitness Data

  • Medication injection records (dates, times, dosages)
  • Side effect notes and observations
  • Health metrics you choose to track (such as weight and measurements)
  • Personal notes related to your health journey

User-Generated Content

  • Custom notes and observations you add within the app
  • Text-based content you create for personal tracking purposes

What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

  • Personal identifiers such as your name, email address, or contact information
  • Location data
  • Payment or billing information
  • Advertising identifiers (such as IDFA)
  • Device identifiers for advertising or tracking purposes

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide app functionality, including:

  • Displaying your health and medication history
  • Synchronizing data across your devices via iCloud (if enabled)
  • Sending medication reminders (if notifications are enabled)
  • Displaying estimated medication levels using published pharmacokinetic models (for informational purposes only)
  • Presenting insights through charts and visualizations

We do not use your data for:

  • Advertising or marketing
  • Analytics or user behavior tracking
  • Selling, sharing, or transferring data to third parties
  • Any purpose unrelated to the app’s core features

Data Storage and Security

Local and iCloud Storage

Your data is stored:

  1. Locally on your device
  2. In your personal iCloud account (if iCloud sync is enabled)

All iCloud data is stored within your private iCloud container. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Data Security

  • Data synchronization uses industry-standard encryption
  • Your data never passes through our servers
  • We cannot access, view, or retrieve your personal health information
  • Your data is protected by your device security and iCloud account safeguards

Data Not Linked to Your Identity

Dailivity does not link collected data to your identity.

  • No user accounts or registration are required
  • No names or email addresses are collected
  • No unique identifiers are used for tracking
  • Your health data cannot be traced back to you personally

Third-Party Services

Apple iCloud

If you enable iCloud synchronization, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account and governed by Apple’s infrastructure and privacy practices.

Other Third-Party Services

Dailivity does not use:

  • Analytics services
  • Advertising networks
  • Data brokers
  • Social media integrations
  • Third-party tracking SDKs

Your Data Rights

You have full control over your data.

Access

  • View all data directly within the app at any time

Deletion

  • Delete individual records within the app
  • Delete all local data by uninstalling the app
  • Manage and delete iCloud data via your device’s iCloud settings

Export & Portability

  • Export your data using the app’s backup feature
  • Save backups locally or to your iCloud Drive
  • Your data always belongs to you

Children’s Privacy

Dailivity does not target children and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so appropriate action can be taken.

Medical Disclaimer

Dailivity is a health tracking tool, not a medical device.

  • The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions
  • Do not use this app as a substitute for professional medical care
  • In case of a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately

No Tracking in the App

The Dailivity iOS app does not track you. The points below apply to the app; for the measurement cookies used on dailivity.com, see the next section.

  • No cookies or tracking pixels in the app
  • No cross-app or cross-site tracking
  • No advertising profiles
  • No behavioral monitoring
  • Your health data is never sent to any analytics service

International Users

Dailivity is available worldwide. Your data remains:

  • On your personal device
  • In your personal iCloud account

We do not transfer your data to external servers or third parties.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including:

  • The right to know what personal information is collected
  • The right to delete your data
  • The right to opt out of the sale of personal information

Dailivity does not sell personal information.

European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the GDPR, including:

  • Right of access
  • Right to erasure
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to object to processing

Legal Basis for Processing: We process data based on user consent and to provide the app’s core functionality.

Data Retention

  • Local data remains until you delete it or uninstall the app
  • iCloud data remains until you remove it from your iCloud account
  • We do not retain copies of your data on our servers

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be reflected by:

  • Revising the “Last Updated” date
  • Posting notices within the app for significant changes

Appendix — Website only

dailivity.com Website Cookies

This section applies only when visiting the dailivity.com website in a browser. It does not apply to the Dailivity iOS app. The app uses no cookies, contains no analytics SDK and collects no usage data; the commitments that apply to the app are stated in the “No Tracking in the App” section above and remain unchanged.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) on the website to understand which pages are useful and how to improve our content. Analytics cookies are set only after you explicitly choose “Accept”. On your first visit all measurement storage is denied by default (Google Consent Mode v2).

Cookies used

  • NEXT_LOCALE (functional, 1 year) — written only when you use the language switcher, and remembers your preferred language. It is not used for measurement or profiling, so it does not require consent.
  • _ga / _ga_* (analytics, Google Analytics) — written only after you choose “Accept”. If you decline, they are never created.

Collected on the website

  • Pages viewed, time on page and scroll depth
  • Referral source (for example a search engine or social link)
  • Technical details such as browser, operating system and device type
  • Approximate country/city level location (IP is anonymised by Google)

Never collected under any circumstances

  • Any health, medication or side-effect record from the app
  • Your name, email or any directly identifying information
  • Advertising identifiers — ad and personalisation signals are disabled
  • No cross-app or cross-site tracking

You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which brings the cookie notice back. You may also install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Legal basis: consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and explicit consent under Turkey’s KVKK. Declining does not limit any feature of the site.
